Always a friendly smile and greetings from the staff. It's our go to hotel in Santiago these days. Location perfect. Relaxing. Nice pool. Hassle free......and there is a small laundry for guests which is a godsend when traveling.

Very good location. Lots of shops, restaurants and green area very close. Comfortable. Swimming pool with a nice view to relax after a long walking day. Quiet room. Good breakfast with several options.

Very good location, Central. A large shopping mall connected. Modern clean rooms with great views. Good gym. Professional and competent, friendly staff. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay again
